The morning asana class was attended by a few Yogamagic guests and some drop-in students from outside. At Yogamagic Eco Retreat yoga is not mandatory, and most of the guests just stay for holidays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there is a yoga class in the afternoon, otherwise the morning class is the only yoga event of the day.
Over a coffee, Phil and his wife Juliet explained us that, during monsoons, they almost have to dismantle the full resort, and sort of rebuild it every year after the heavy rains have flushed away the clay.
We took off in the afternoon and visited the famous Anjuna flea market. Thousands of people from all over Goa are there, looking at millions of items for sale, in a colourful and fascinating atmosphere next to Anjuna Beach.
